Cancellation Policy

At Aussie Naked Ease, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled and your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Cancellation Before Order Processing


You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched.

Provide your order number and reason for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request.


If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Order Processing or Dispatch


Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. In this case, you can follow our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.


If you receive the item after requesting cancellation, you will need to:

1. Refuse delivery if possible, or

2. Return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after receiving it.


Refunds will only be processed after the item is returned and inspected.

3. Conditions for Refunds on Cancelled Orders


3.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.


3.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

 If the order has already been shipped, the shipping fee may not be refundable.

Items returned for refund must meet our eligibility criteria under the Return and Refund Policy (e.g., unopened, hygiene seal intact, etc.).

4. Cancellations Due to Errors or Stock Availability


In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to:

Out-of-stock products.

 • Errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Payment authorization issues.


If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

5. Consumer Rights Under Australian Law


Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel an order and request a refund if:

The product is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

• The product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose.

6. Non-Cancellable Orders
